Company "Istarski dvori" was founded in 2009 to continue "Istrian experince" mision to present Istria as a new luxury destination with the highest standards of hospitality. Our portfolio currently consist of 66 villas situated in te most attractive areas of Istrian peninsula.

 

Villas are devided into 6 categories according to their size, location, and layout. The high quality and standards remain the same throught the categories.

LOCATION OF OUR VILLAS

Situated close to authentic Istrian rural villages with splendid views, our villas provide the perfect haven for those looking for tranquil natural landscapes such as vineyards, olive groves and fig trees. Villas are situated in well know settlements Sveti Lovreč, Višnjan, Tinjan and Vižinada. Villas are only 15 minutes drive away drom the beaches and cultural centres.

 

The peninsula Istria is well connected with international airports in Pula (approx. 45 min), Rijeka (1½ hrs), Ljubljana (2½ hrs), Trieste (1 hrs) and Venice (2½ hrs).

HOW TO CHOOSE PERFECT VILLA
 
FAMILY VILLAS

If you are looking for vacation with your family we recommend our Family Villas Barat and Heraki. Both settlements consist of 12 villas, each with private garden enclosed by a stone fence, swimming pool or outdoor hot tub. For Your children, in settlement Barat, we have prepared children's playground with various features. Each Family villa is unique and it's warm atmosphere provides you a feeling like you're at home. Villas have 3-4 sleeping rooms and 3-4 bathrooms.

 
PRIVATE VILLAS

If you are looking for an escape from the city bustle, our Private villas provide you a perfect shelter. They are settled amongst authentical, Croatian rural areas and offer beautiful landscape views. Enjoy during the day by the pool and have fun in the city during the night. Private villas are located near center of Sveti Lovreč, and some of them are only 500 meters away. Villas have 3-4 sleeping rooms and 2-4 bathrooms. All Private villas can accommodate pets.

 
PRIVATE HOMES

For those who are seeking for an escape from everyday life to oasis of peace, we have prepared Private homes and Private homes Premium, settled in peaceful and separated locations nearby olive groves and meadows. This type of villas are larger than Private Villas and Family Villas. They are situated on a spacious lands (1000sqm - 1700sqm) and have notably larger interior (floor area 250sqm) that enables more space and enhances the comfort of your vacation.

Pets are welcome to villas Istarski dvori. If You travel with pets we have prepared several villas:

INTERIOR

Each villa has an individual layout, a space offering 3 to 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and dining room. Each bedroom is furnished with the highest quality furniture. The bathrooms either have a shower or a bath in them. Each bathroom is fitted with high quality ceramics bathing.

Istarski dvori villas are made in traditional Istrian style using natural materials such as stone, wood and terracotta to harmonise with attractive decor, exposed beam celiengs and stone fireplaces create a cozy atmosphere of home with all modern comforts of today. The private gardens have their own pool, hot tub or both, and surrounded by aromatic herbs and Meditteranean plants to make you feel more relaxed.
