GENERAL TERMS FOR RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION

 

These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings for renting of  Villas by Istarski dvori. (General terms are shorter version of Accommodation contract. For details, please read accommodation contract)

 

 
Reservation and payment

 

Reservation is approved when a company Istarski dvori confirm reservation to the Guest(s) in writing.


The rental price of Villa is determined by the price list of Istarski dvori for the current year, expressed in Euros, converted in Croatian Kuna on middle exchange rate on the day of invoicing.

 

Included in the rate:

  • Villa rental

  • VAT

  • Accomodation tax

  • Parking lot

  • Use of all facilities in the villa

  • Weekly towels and bed linen change, cleaning of the villa

  • Garden and Pool maintenance (on Friday or Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm - depending on weather conditions, time of maintenance can be replaced)

 

Payment:

In order to secure a reservation made by the Guest(s), it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount of rent within 5 working days. Payment of the remaining 70% of the total amount of rent must be paid 21 days prior to arrival. Payment can be maid by bank transfer or by card (VISA, Maestro, MasteCard, VPay- currany: Croatian Kuna)

Safety deposit: 100% of the first night
The security deposit may be paid by debit card (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, VPAY; currancy- Croatia Kuna) or cash and shall be used in case of damages caused by Guest(s). Deposit will be returned on the day of departure to the Guest(s).

 

Additional services:

All addition services (check in/ot out of working hours of reception, pet stay, extra bed, welcome pack etc.) must be approved in written by Istarski dvori.

Additional services will be charged extra, according to the Price list of additional services. Services can  be paid by debit card (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, VPAY; currancy: Croatian Kuna) or cash in Croatian Kuna on the day of arrival, at Reception desk of Istarski dvori.

*Number of additional beds is limited and needs to be order in advance.

*Number of baby cots and high chairs is limited and needs to be order in advance.

 

Pet stay:

Pets are allowed on request (pet owner must read the "Pet Policy" and fill in the Form for pet owners)

Price for pet accommodation: 7 € per day/pet.

Safety deposit for pet: € 100 per pet

*Number of villas for pets is limited

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

  • If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

  • If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

  • If  the reservation is cancelled or modified on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

 

 

Arrival and departure
 

The Villa is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Check in is at Reception desk of Istarski dvori (Address: Svetog Antona 22, Sveti Lovreč).

Cleaners, pool technicians and/ or landscapers may still be working in the Villa after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival or may arrive as early as 9:00 AM on the day of departure (depending on weather conditions)

 

 

Capacity- Number of persons

 

The number of Guests staying at a Villa may not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the description of a particular Villa. An exception may be made by Istarski dvori for children under the age of twelve for whom an extra folding bed may be placed.

Additional persons staying in the Villa must be notified in advance too, and agreed by Istarski dvori, and may be subject to additional charges.

 

 
Social events
 

Social events and other festivities, such as weddings, receptions and coctail parties are not permitted unless Istarski dvori has given prior written approval. Permission is required for any event to beattended by more than twice the number of persons as indicated in the description of a particular Villa, including the Guests. If permission is granted by Istarski dvori, an additional fee will be charged for housekeeping and maintenance. Any use of special equipment in relation to the festivity, such as public adress/ sound system and the set up thereof must take place in coordination with the Istarski dvori guest relation stuff.

NOTICE ON FILING CUSTOMERS’ COMPLAINTS

 

Pursuant to Article 8 Paragraph 2 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Narodne novine Official Gazette No. 79/07 and 125/07 - corr. 79/09 and 89/09 - corr., 133/09), we inform our clients that complaints regarding the quality of our services can be submitted in writing to:
