Is there Wireless Internet access?
Each villas has WIFI. The name of your WIFI address is "The name of your villa". If you can not connect, please call our reception +385 99 2449 660.
Where can we pick up keys?
Your check in is at Reception of Istarski dvori. Address is: Svetog Antona 22, Sveti Lovreč Pazenatički. If you can not find Reception please call +385 99 2449 660, tell us where you are (describe your position, color of your car...) and we will find you.
How can we recognize employees of Istarski dvori?
All employees have white T-shirts with logo. Our cars are also white with big logo on it.
What documents we need to register at Reception desk?
You need your Passport or ID. You will fill out Safety deposit form, and a form in case of additional services.
How can we find our villa after registration?
Our staff will accompany you to your villa and show you all important things about villa.
How we use safety alarm?
Each villa has key with wireless remote. Our staff will show you how to use a remote. On wireless remote you use two buttons: "DISARM BUTTON" to unlock your villa and "AWAY ARMING BUTTON" to lock your villa when you step outside. Written instructions are inside your villa: next to the main doors and by the TV.
What to do if my alarm start beeping?
If alarm beeps every few seconds please press *2## on keyboard next to the main doors. If alarm still beeping please call our reception +385 99 2449 660.
What to do in case of accidental turning on the alarm system?
In case of accidental turning on the alarm system, please step outside your villa and press "DISARM BUTTEN". The alarm will be on for 2 minutes. When alarm stops, please step inside your villa.
How can I pay the accommodation?
If you didn't pay the accommodation in advance via bank transfer, you can pay it on the day of departure. Our staff will come to your villa and you can pay the accommodation, additional services etc. Please note that you should say in advance the way of payment (Cash or Card).
Where is the nearest store?
Grocery stores are in center of Višnjan and Sveti Lovreč. Villas are located 5 minutes drive from Višnjan and Sveti Lovreč. For supermarkets you have to to Poreč. In Poreč you can find supermarkets like Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland.
Where is the nearest beach?
Beaches are in Poreč. You have 15 minutes drive to Poreč. The most known beaches are Plava, Zelena laguna etc.
Is there any beach for pets?
The beach for pets is in Červar Porat near Poreč, 15 minutes drive from villa.
Where is the nearest ATM?
The nearest ATM is in Sveti Lovreč and Višnjan. You can also find ATMs in supermarkets like Kaufland, Konzum etc.
Where is the nearest restaurant?
You can find small pizzeria places in the center of Sveti Lovreč and Višnjan. More restauranct can be found in Poreč, Lim canal etc.
Where is the nearest
Butchery is in center of Višnjan. In Sveti Lovreč there is no butchary. You can also buy meat in supermarkets.
Where is the nearest fish market?
We reccomand you to buy fish in Lim canal, 15 minutes drive from villas.
