Villa Euphrasia has yard with well known Mediterranean herbs. The beautiful view from the sundeck spreads on Istrian landscape. Specialty of the villa is white rustic furniture made of Croatian oak and sofa in the upper bedroom for better atmosphere.

The large space including fully equipped kitchen, the dining room for eight persons and the living room with a fireplace is designed as a functional integrated complex intended for a pleasant abidance of all residents of the villa.

Ground floor consists of three bedrooms. One bedroom has integrated bathroom and exit on backyard terrace. Other two bedrooms share bathroom with bath tub and shower. One of these bedrooms has exit on sundeck.
