Villa Malva is furnished in the rustic style. The floors in the rooms are made of wood strip flooring and the other floors are covered with ceramic tiles. The decorative wood beams on the ceilings provide a sweet rustic flair. The villa offers beautiful view on the old town of Sveti Lovreč.

Ground floor consists of covered entrance, two pergola roofed terraces, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one restroom and the large space including fully equipped kitchen, the dining room for eight persons and the living room with a fireplace.

The bedrooms have metal double beds and white wardrobes with vanity tables and a chair. One bedroom, with an integrated bathroom, has a separated entrance from the terrace.  The other two bedrooms have a common bathroom with bath tub. One of this rooms has an exit to the pergola-roofed terrace. The view spreads on the backyard. The other room has an exit to the front terrace and view on sundeck.  The bedroom on the upper floor has an exit to the balcony, from which the view spreads over the backyard and grasslands. This room has a bathroom with a bath tub.
