Villa Melissa is furnished in the rustic style. The floors in the rooms are made of wood strip flooring and the other floors are covered with ceramic tiles. The decorative wood beams on the ceilings provide a sweet rustic flair. The villa offers beautiful view on the old town of Sveti Lovreč.

The large space including fully equipped kitchen, the dining room for eight persons and the living room with a fireplace is designed as a functional integrated complex intended for a pleasant abidance of all residents of the villa.

Ground floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one restroom. One bedroom with an integrated bathroom has an exit to the yard. Second bedroom has a view to the yard and the third bedroom on the ground floor has an exit to the terrace and view on the pool and the yard. This two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath tub. The bedroom on the upper floor has an integrated bathroom with a bath tub. The view from this room spreads out to the pool and the yard.
