Villa Carlina has big yard with well known Mediterranean herbs, mostly with white and purple Lavender. The beautiful view from the garden spreads on Istrian landscape and the Adriatic Sea. Specialty of the villa is small covered patio with garden table and chairs for four persons. Even though the villa is for six persons, it is equipped for eight persons.

The large space including fully equipped kitchen, the dining room for eight persons and the living room with a fireplace is designed as a functional integrated complex intended for a pleasant abidance of all residents of the villa.

Ground floor consists of three bedrooms which share one bathroom and one restroom. The interior staircase leads to the upper floor where is one bedroom. Next to the room is a bathroom with a bath tub. In front of the bedroom is spacious hallway with exit on private balcony from where the view spreads on the beautiful landscape and Adriatic Sea. The bedrooms have metal double beds and white wardrobes with vanity tables and a chair.

Beside the covered patio with garden furniture, villa has two more terraces. One covered with pergola and one non-covered.
