Villa Arctium, with it's unusual elongated ground plan and external appearance, is a true refreshment of Istarski dvori. Its position and high stone fence offers the guests complete privacy, while the internal spaciousness provides more comfort.  An additional advantage is the large sundeck with beautiful view on the Istrian landscape.

Villa consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. It is equipped with rustic design furniture made of Croatian oak.  The long open space of fully equipped kitchen and dining room for eight persons continues on L-shaped living room with open fireplace. Along the daily premises there is a covered terrace with a beautiful view on sundeck and pool.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each on one side of the villa which provides an additional privacy to all tenants of the villa. First bedroom has a private bathroom with bath tub and walled shower, and exit to the backyard which leads to the sundeck. The descending staircase leads to the second bedroom which also has a private bathroom with bath tub and walled shower. From room there is an exit on the sundeck. On the upper floor is a master bedroom with private living room for pleasant abidance of Villa's residents. This room has exit on balcony which offers a view on sundeck, entire settlement and the Adriatic Sea. Next to the room there are two bathrooms.
