Villa Anthemis is the most luxurious villa of Istarski dvori. Beside the big pool, the villa also offers an outdoor hot tub situated on back terrace. It also has big garden which makes this villa perfect for wedding and other type of ceremonies. The view spreads on the beautiful Istrian landscape.

Villa is furnished with designer rustic furniture. The large space including fully equipped kitchen, the dining room for eight persons and the living room with a fireplace is designed as a functional integrated complex intended for a pleasant abidance of all residents of the villa.

The bedrooms have metal double beds and white wardrobes with vanity tables and a chair. Ground floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one restroom. One bedroom, with an integrated bathroom, has a separated entrance from the terrace.  The other two bedrooms have a common bathroom with shower. One of this rooms has an exit to the pergola-roofed terrace with outdoor hot tub. The view spreads on the backyard. The other room has an exit to the front terrace and view on sundeck. The bedroom on the upper floor has an exit to the balcony, from which the view spreads over the yard and the pool. This room has a bathroom with a bath tub.
