Villa Cirsium is our most luxurious villa in the settlement Barat. With it’ s location on the outskirt of the settlement it provides a holiday vacation in peaceful and quiet environment. It is surrounded by Istrian vineyards and spacious grasslands. The view from the villa spreads out to the Adriatic Sea.

Villa is furnished with designer rustic furniture. The house is furnished with designer rustic furniture. The large space including fully equipped kitchen, the dining room for eight persons and living room with a fireplace is designed as a functional integrated complex intended for a pleasant abidance of all residents of the villa.

Ground floor consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one restroom. One bedroom, with an integrated bathroom, has a separated entrance from the terrace.  The other two bedrooms have a common bathroom with shower. One of this rooms has an exit to the pergola-roofed terrace and a view on the pool, yard and the Adriatic Sea. The other room has an exit to the backyard terrace covered with pergola. The bedroom on the upper floor has an exit to the balcony, from which the view spreads over the yard and settlement. In the distance one can even see the Adriatic Sea. This room has a bathroom with a bath tub.
