Villa Verbena consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor includes a roofed entrance, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a lobby, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a roofed terrace. The interior staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a balcony.

Villa is furnished with designer rustic furniture. Fully equipped kitchen and the dining room form a large open space. Dining room is equipped for eight persons and has an exit to the covered terrace. The living room with a fireplace is furnished with two sofas, one armchair and a vanity table with a mirror.

The bedrooms have metal double beds and white wardrobes with vanity tables and a chair. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with common bathrooms. First bedroom on the ground floor has an exit on the covered terrace with the view on the yard and the pool. The other bedroom has a view on the yard and the vineyards.  The bedrooms on the upper floor have their own bathrooms and balconies and the view spreads out on the yard and the pool.
