The ground floor includes an entrance, a kitchen with a dining room and living room, a restroom, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. The interior staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a private balcony.

The large space including dining room for eight persons and the living room with a fireplace is designed as a functional integrated complex intended for a pleasant abidance of all residents of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The bedrooms have metal double beds and white wardrobes with vanity tables and a chair. The bedroom on the ground floor has a view to the yard. This room has an integrated bathroom with a shower. The second room has a separate entrance from the covered terrace with a view to the pool and the yard. This room has a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms on the upper floor have their own bathrooms and covered terraces. The view from this rooms spreads out on the yard, pool, adjacent vineyards and the Adriatic Sea.
