The residential area on the ground floor includes a roofed entrance, a kitchen, a dining room with a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a lobby, an entertainment room and a roofed terrace. The interior staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony.

Villa is furnished with designer rustic furniture. Even though the villa is for six persons, dining room is equipped for eight persons. Fully equipped kitchen and the large open space of living and dining room are separated by a kitchen bar. Living room has a fireplace.

The bedrooms are equipped with metal double beds, white wardrobes and vanity tables and a chair. The bedroom on the ground floor has a french balcony, with the view on the yard and the settlement. On the ground floor there is a entertainment room. A bathroom with a shower is located by the rooms. The bedroom on the upper floor has an exit to the balcony with a view to the yard, the settlement and the Adriatic Sea, while the bathroom with a bathtub is accessed directly from the room. The other bedroom has a view to the yard and the settlement, and the pertaining bathroom with a shower.
