Villa Cardaria consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor includes a roofed entrance, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a lobby, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a roofed terrace. The interior staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a private balcony.

Villa is furnished with designer rustic furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room has a capacity for eight persons. The living room with a fireplace is furnished with a 3-seat sofa, two armchairs and a vanity table with a mirror.

The bedrooms have metal double beds and white wardrobes with vanity tables and a chair. The bedrooms on the ground floor have a view on the garden and the pool. Next to the rooms there is a common bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms on the upper floor have their own bathrooms and balconies and the view spreads out on the yard, pool, adjacent vineyards and the Adriatic Sea.
